Ministry of City Planning and Water Supply assists WHO in the process of completing the Global Analysis and Assessment of Access to Sanitation and Drinking Water (GLAAS) 2018 survey. Since the information required for this survey has been obtained from relevant agencies and the Ministry of City Planning and Water Supply has initiated to validate the data and information through a stakeholder consultation workshop.
The GLAAS survey solicits information on the delivery of drinking-water supply, sanitation services, and the status of hygiene promotion activities. The survey focuses on national policies, plans, targets, financing methodologies which required as SDG goal No.6 as well as governance, monitoring and human resources status. Information gathered in this survey will be presented in the UN-Water GLAAS 2019 report after validation process.
This validation workshop is scheduled as follows.
